FesslerUSA Custom Minimums and Lead Times
Production Minimums and Lead Times are dependent on
a number of variables including fabric availability,
trim availability and sewing complexity. Most
of our customers use the following as guidelines:
Minimums
- Only 1,200 pieces per custom style
- Garment dye, between 300 and 600 pieces per color
- Piece dye, about 1,200 pieces per color
Production Lead Times
The production cycle at FesslerUSA begins after sample
development and approval.
- Normal production of Prepared for Dye Garments takes
between 4 to 8 weeks
- Normal production of Garment Dyed Garments takes
between 6 to 8 weeks
- Normal production of Piece Dyed Garments takes
between 10 to 12 weeks
- Value added services, such as screen printing,
embroidery and pressing, usually add about a week
for each service
- First time production of any garment and use of
specialty fabrics usually adds some time to the above
lead times
- Full Package and Retail
